She showed Isi lots of earrings and helped her make a choice. We never felt rushed. Pattie explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it and really understood that she was dealing with a very nervous little girl. She made sure that Isi and her mom clearly understood how to care for her ears and showed them how to clean them. Isi loved Pattie and the whole experience. I would definitely go to Incognito again, in fact, my 4 yr old granddaughter can't wait to get her ears pierced by Pattie when she's old enough!
