Jan is attentive, professional and extremely accommodating putting the wants and needs of his customers first. My husband is a bit timid at shopping because of his Big guy size, but Jan quickly puts him at ease each time and recommends clothing that will be flattering to his body. Alterations are done quickly. Prices are affordable and I would highly recommend to anyone with Big and Tall challenges, you won't be disappointed.
